The only thing i know is that, sometimes it FEELS like there are, but at least i am trying to think based on (emotionless.) logic and trying to consider more obvious reasons like skill / ping / etc. I cant really proof that there are no hackers at all.
Maybe there are people around who use not so obvious minor damage "enhanchments".
Is that proof that there are no hackers? No, it isnt! I have only witnessed two or three obvious hackers in my time playing BO (meaning one per 100 to 150 hours playtime). If you have read this whole thread to this point i cant contribute anything new, because almost everything important about hacking in BO has already been mentioned.
